customer service and vendor relations

The roles and responsibilities of Customer Service and Vendor Relations are as follows:

  • Verify and file incoming purchase orders
  • Data entry
  • General administrative duties such as: filing, copying, checking packing slips, and creating packing slips
  • Customer interaction, ensuring quality or concerns are forwarded to the appropriate person
  • Answering phone calls, transferring calls to other extensions, or transferring calls to voicemail

Minimum and Preferred requirements:

  • Willing to train motivated individuals
  • Must have a good attendance record
  • Must have a can do attitude
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, and outlook are required. PowerPoint is a plus.
