customer service and vendor relations
The roles and responsibilities of Customer Service and Vendor Relations are as follows:
- Verify and file incoming purchase orders
- Data entry
- General administrative duties such as: filing, copying, checking packing slips, and creating packing slips
- Customer interaction, ensuring quality or concerns are forwarded to the appropriate person
- Answering phone calls, transferring calls to other extensions, or transferring calls to voicemail
Minimum and Preferred requirements:
- Willing to train motivated individuals
- Must have a good attendance record
- Must have a can do attitude
- Must be willing to work in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, and outlook are required. PowerPoint is a plus.
